WEEKEND STAYS are a minimum of 2 days (including a Sat). Depending on timing and availability there may be a one night stay possible with a $25 additional charge.

CANCELLATIONS: A $25 handling fee will be charged for any cancellation. Reservations which are canceled 14 days prior to your arrival will only be charged the $25 handling fee. Cancellations made later will be charged for 1 evening stay and refunded only if your room is re-rented for the entire reserved period minus the $25 handling fee.
